How to reach us, and the answers to the questions we get most.

Email pilebreak+support@gmail.com and a person will reply, usually within two business days. Include the email address you signed up with so we can find your account quickly; never send your password.
For a problem with a specific scan, the pile name and the approximate time of the scan help us trace it.
PileBreak memberships are sold through the App Store and billed by Apple. To change or cancel a plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple, not by us: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase went through but the app still shows the old plan, tap Restore Purchases on the Membership screen, or sign out and back in.
The Free plan includes the sample pile and one AI pile scan. Vault, barcodes, NFC tags and the web portal need a paid plan.
You can delete your account from inside the app: Profile, then Delete Account. This removes your profile, piles, items, photographs and any Vault entries from our systems, and revokes Sign in with Apple for PileBreak if you used it. Active subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting the account, so cancel in your Apple ID Subscriptions first.
If you no longer have access to the app, email pilebreak+support@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Photographs you scan are sent to a third-party vision model to identify items, only after you agree on the AI consent screen. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected and how long it is kept, and the Security page for how it is protected.
